Describe what needs attention
Tell us what has changed: for example, an arm has come loose, a screw or nose pad is missing, a lens has come out, or the glasses now slip or sit unevenly. Keep any detached pieces and bring them with you. We’ll need to check the frames, lenses and available parts before confirming what we can repair.
Before you arrange a visit
Keep the glasses and any loose parts together. Please contact us about the specific pair before travelling, especially if the frames were purchased elsewhere. We’ll need to check the condition of the frames and whether suitable parts are available before agreeing to a repair.
Bring your glasses to an agreed appointment so their condition can be assessed. Avoid forcing a bent part or attempting a repair that could make the damage worse. If the question involves how you see rather than the frame's fit or condition, consult your eye-care provider; we do not offer eye exams or change prescriptions.
