Enquiries

We use the name, email address, phone number and message you provide to respond and arrange a visit. Enquiries pass through our website's Cloudflare contact handler to our Google Form, its linked Sheet and our business notification inbox. Please do not send prescriptions, medical details or other sensitive information through this form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to share anything needed for your visit.

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics on our Home, About and frame-style guide pages to measure visits and clicks on call and text links. We do not track enquiry forms, their fields or their submission. We do not load Analytics on the contact page, service pages, visit guide, blog index or health-related articles. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses, phone values or prescription information to Analytics.

Google receives technical information such as browser and device information, cookie identifiers and network information needed to process the request. We send only an approved page address, a fixed page title and no referring page address. Analytics does not load on URLs containing query strings or fragments. This information is not anonymous. We do not enable advertising features or Google Signals.

Analytics does not load before you accept. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to use the site. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Our Analytics cookie lifetime is limited to 180 days without automatic extension. You can withdraw your choice using Change analytics preference; we stop Analytics, remove its cookies and reload the page. Requests already sent cannot be recalled, and requests already in progress may finish.
